What I'd never thought it'd mean

I am Ezekiel's mom.
Through the good days and "I LOVE YOU MOM, SO MUCH, MOM"

I am Ezekiel's mom.

Through the funny phrases and excellent dancing and singing of songs, I am Ezekiel's mom.

Through the late nights of waking up screaming and the countless hours of comfort. Through the desperate cries of trying to decipher where exactly to put my arms when he's screaming "HOLD ME LIKE THAT MAMA." all while nursing and comforting little brother...because I am Escher's mom too.

Through the tearful goodbye of any friend that we encounter, I am Ezekiel's mom.

Through every adventure.

Through this journey of trying to figure out Ezekiel's emotions and respect his soul, I am his mom.
